Product Description Automatic Bottle Capping Machine

This Automatic Bottle Capping Machine is widely applicable for threaded caps, pump caps, dropper caps, flip caps across pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, pesticide and cosmetic industries. It can be equipped with single head, double heads or multi-head servo capping structures as customized demand. Servo torque control ensures stable, consistent capping tightness, avoiding loose caps, liquid leakage, cracked bottles or deformed caps. The frame adopts SUS304 stainless steel; bottle clamping parts use soft wear-resistant material to prevent scratch on bottle surface. Matched with vibratory cap feeder or cap elevator to realize continuous automatic cap feeding. Photoelectric sensing enables no-bottle no-capping interlock function to save cap consumption. The whole system runs on Siemens PLC and touch screen, easy to set parameters and store multiple size formulas. All key electrical, pneumatic and transmission components adopt well-known domestic and international brands for stable long-time continuous operation. It supports quick size change without complex molds, can work independently or connect with filling, labeling equipment to form a complete packaging production line.
