High-precision torque control: By using servo motors or pneumatic clutches in conjunction with high-precision torque sensors, constant torque or stepwise torque capping is achieved, ensuring consistent sealing and avoiding excessive tightness or looseness. This is particularly crucial for carbonated beverages, vacuum packaging, and sterile products.

Broad-spectrum bottle/cap type compatibility: Through modular design, the bottle body clamping module, capping head, cap compartment slide way, conveyor belt guide rail and other components can be quickly replaced to adapt to bottles and cans of different diameters, heights and shapes (round bottles, square bottles, oval bottles) as well as caps of various sizes, materials and thread specifications.
Intelligent Detection and Quality Assurance
Online torque real-time monitoring: Real-time display and record the actual tightening torque of each bottle cap. Automatic alarm or cancellation will be triggered when the limit is exceeded to ensure 100% of the caps are sealed properly.
Uncovered/tilted/high uncovered detection: Integrated photoelectric or visual sensors automatically identify defects such as missing uncovered, uncovered, tilted uncovered, and abnormal uncovered height, and link the rejection device.
Data traceability and analysis: Record data such as production speed, cap qualification rate, torque curve, and fault information, generate reports, and support quality traceability and production optimization decisions.
